Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions in-store. The role offers base pay, commission, and opportunities for advancement within a large AT&T retailer network.

Candidates should be customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. A 32-hour minimum week and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
