Prime Communications, the leading AT&T retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions in-store. You will promote products, hit sales goals, and earn commission while growing your career with a team that values growth.

You will join a large network of locations with opportunities to advance, receive training, and access benefits. Evening and weekend availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and 32 hours per week.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with wireless products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with team to support store operations.
• Represent the AT&T brand and promotions.
