Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions and to thrive in a dynamic, in-store environment.

You’ll earn base pay, commissions, and opportunities for growth, with a ramp-up period and ongoing training. Candidates should be 18+, able to work evenings/weekends, and have strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
