Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and entertainment solutions that fit their needs. You will work with a team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and drive sales.

Base pay plus a competitive commission plan offers $40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential. There are opportunities for growth, training, and employee discounts on AT&T plans.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver an in-store experience.
• Recommend AT&T products, devices, and entertainment solutions.
• Hit sales goals and earn commission.
• Support store operations and work with a motivated team.
• Build relationships in the local community and represent the AT&T brand.
