Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Butler, PA. The role connects customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced setting, offering base pay plus commission and the possibility to earn $20+/hour all in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months retail or sales experience with a strong customer focus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, expanding existing ones and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across the business.
• Operates store including cash handling, inventory counts and deposits per standards.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and work areas according to standards.
• Assists customers with service activations, changes, bill payments and upgrades.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.
