Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Hanover Park, IL, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative. You will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly service, answering questions, and guiding customers through activations and plan changes in a fast-paced store.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of retail or sales experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers in-store and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels of the business.
• Assists store management with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness in line with retail standards.
• Assists with service activations, plan changes, upgrades, and accessory sales.
• Strives to achieve assigned performance metrics.
