Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service, greet customers and assist with needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and employees across channels.
• Open/close/store operations including cash handling, inventory, deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, plan changes and upgrades.
