• Pay Rate: $14.70 per hour (base); Range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Description and Requirements

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, supported by a dedicated sales team of more than 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will connect shoppers with the products and solutions they need, using hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving to close sales.

What you will do

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively initiate conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Maintain wire‑frame planogram displays in full stock and flawless condition.

How you will succeed

• Display a high‑energy personality and natural ability to initiate customer conversations.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
• Maintain a strong drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Provide fantastic service while upholding integrity.
• Be able to stand/move for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
