Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 Wireless Retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives.

As one of Premium’s Wireless Sales Professionals, your retail efforts will connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions they want & need. Sales Pros are the go-to wireless experts for our shoppers, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. We are hiring now!

What will you do?

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, understandable terms.
• Recommend personalized solutions/baskets.
• Assist customers with setup and activation of new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays stocked and presentable.

How will you succeed?

• Display a high-energy personality and ability to start conversations.
• Be resilient and resourceful in a high-traffic environment.
• Stay motivated to excel in an uncapped commission role.
• Provide excellent service with integrity.
• Stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or knowledge of wireless is not mandatory but being driven to learn is essential. Training will be provided on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
