Foley is seeking a dedicated and energetic High Volume Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for those who excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are proficient in making a high number of outbound calls to potential business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers
- Understand and determine the regulatory needs of businesses and introduce them to Foley's range of SaaS products and services
- Propose tailored SaaS solutions to meet specific business requirements
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Foley's products and services to effectively address client needs
- Engage with leads to understand their unique needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized approach
- Maintain the integrity of both Foley's and customers' information by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers
- A hunter mentality, eager to reach and exceed lead generation targets
- Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone

- Competitive Compensation: Attractive base salary with a rewarding commission structure. $17.00 per hour with uncapped commission and bonus - Target first-year earning potential $60,000-$70,000.
