Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products include kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. Previous experience isn't needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained here—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.
