My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products and services and guide them through the buying process. You will work with a team to meet personal and store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers ongoing training, uncapped commission potential, and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
