Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Be knowledgeable and proactive in learning promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative tasks, file paperwork, and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to standards.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Open and close the store, ensure security of sensitive items, and participate in outside sales events.
