Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless Dealer in Fort Worth, TX seeking ambitious sales representatives focused on customer service and retention. You will learn promos, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming store environment while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining displays, and coordinating with management to resolve issues. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Coachable, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Proactively learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative and POS tasks, including filing paperwork and forms; communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and ensure displays meet corporate standards.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals and close sales.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Open and close the store properly and secure sensitive items.
