Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Battery of Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team in New York. You will learn and apply customer service skills while delivering best-in-class experiences and driving loyalty through hands-on demonstrations and thoughtful guidance.

You will help shoppers compare devices and plans, share expertise on our latest technology, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting devices and plans with demonstrations and guidance.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology in-store.
• Engage customers with energy and empathy to build loyalty and explain product benefits.
• Collaborate with team to meet store sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend personalized solutions across devices and services.
