T-Mobile in Houston is seeking a Mobile Associate to join a fast-paced Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers select devices and plans while delivering a world-class shopping experience that builds loyalty and trust.

This learning role includes on-the-job training, a base hourly pay with training pay, and the opportunity to advance to Mobile Expert. Full-time and benefits support are provided as you grow with the team in a dynamic wireless environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate products and services.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and hand off leads.
