Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, in Brewton, AL, is hiring a Sales Advocate for a full-time position with base pay plus uncapped commission. A fully paid 3-week training is provided.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and close sales, with flexibility to work at nearby locations and evenings/weekends/holidays. No prior wireless experience required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
