Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for full-time work with paid three-week training. You will help customers choose devices and plans, hit monthly targets, and stay informed on AT&T promotions and products.

Flexibility for nearby locations and availability evenings/weekends is required. Top performers earn commissions on top of base pay, with paid training provided to jumpstart success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
