This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; training is provided and commissions or incentives enhance earnings. Previous sales or cashier experience is valued, and Spanish speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year wireless background (preferred).
• 1 year cash handling experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total sales solution for wireless needs and accessories.
• Deliver an outstanding store experience to build loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Set up accounts so customers can use devices and plans immediately.
• Identify solutions for billing, technical or account issues.
