What You\'ll Do

As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you\'re the backbone of the in-store experience. You\'ll work alongside our experienced Sales Representatives to make sure every customer feels welcomed, helped, and taken care of. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Answering inbound calls and directing customers to the right solutions
• Walking customers through device demos and product walkthroughs
• Installing accessories and helping customers get set up
• Troubleshooting basic device and service issues
• Handling customer service needs with patience and professionalism
• Keeping the store organized, clean, and visually sharp
• Supporting the team with basic CRM data entry and record-keeping
