Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking energetic sales advocates to assist customers in choosing devices and plans. You will drive sales through strong product knowledge, genuine connection, and a commitment to customer service.

This role emphasizes conversations, problem solving, and closing deals in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided and performance-based earnings are available through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
