Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate. The role focuses on guiding customers to the right device and plan, with conversations, problem solving, and closing sales as the primary activities.

Training is fully paid and designed to help you succeed and earn commissions. You'll engage customers, stay updated on AT&T promotions, and work to meet monthly targets while representing the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
