Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales. You will participate in a fully paid 3-week training and earn a base pay with uncapped commissions based on performance.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays at nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
