Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in Savannah, GA. This full-time role starts with a fully paid 3-week training period, with base pay and uncapped commission as the earning model.

You’ll engage customers, explain devices and plans, and close sales through genuine connection and product knowledge. Previous wireless experience isn’t required; your people skills matter most.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
