Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring for a Full-Time Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. Base pay plus uncapped commissions drive earnings, with a fully paid 3-week training program and opportunities to grow through performance.

Responsibilities include guiding walk-in customers, staying current on AT&T products, and representing the brand at times in the community.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
