Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans at an AT&T Authorized Retailer. This full-time role emphasizes real sales through conversation, problem solving, and closing deals, with paid 3-week training and uncapped commission potential.

Ideal candidates are naturals with people, curious by nature, and motivated by results. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may cover nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
