Job summary

The TUV SUD Group in New Brighton, MN is seeking a Technician to join the RF Service Line and contribute to wireless testing across IoT technologies. You will work as part of a team performing RF tests and documenting results, under supervision and with training where needed.

This role offers entry to mid-level opportunities, with training provided to build expertise in FCC/ETSI standards, test equipment use, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn new skills and willingness to understand new disciplines.
• Basic understanding of IT and/or electronics.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Testing wireless products to test standards (ETSI/FCC) in labs and customer sites.
• Accurate recording of test results and reporting following procedures.
• Work with customers during attended testing and liaise with Project Manager to meet timescales.
• Develop test methods and departmental documentation.
