Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for RF testing of IoT-related products; write testing strategies and plans; output complete testing reports.
• Independently use various testing instruments including CMW500 and MT8821C.
• Responsible for developing hardware testing plans and designing test cases for terminal products.
• Analyze, locate, and resolve hardware testing faults in terminal products.
• Research new hardware testing technologies and explore new methods.

Job description

RF Hardware Test Engineer role, focusing on testing IoT products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive RF hardware testing of IoT products, ensuring high quality and performance.

Core Responsibilities

1. Test Strategy and Reporting: Responsible for RF testing of IoT-related products; write testing strategies and plans; output complete testing reports.
2. Instrument Operation: Independently use German UXM, MT8821C and MT8000A, Star River SP9500, CMW500, CMU200, IQXEL and other testing instruments; utilize oscilloscopes, network analysis, and positioning problems; verify replacement of parts and key materials; ensure performance and quality.
3. Hardware Test Plan and Case Design: Responsible for developing hardware testing plans and designing test cases for terminal products.
4. Fault Analysis and Resolution: Analyze, locate, track, and resolve hardware testing faults in terminal products; participate in project quality reviews to provide evaluation recommendations.
5. Research and Development: Research new hardware testing technologies and explore new methods.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in communication or telecommunications.
• Experience in mobile phone or IoT hardware testing.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Test Case Design: Able to design test cases based on different product characteristics.
• Instrument Proficiency: Proficient in CMW500, MT8821T, IQXEL, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network, and other equipment.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiar with GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G NR/IEEE 802.11/ETS 300-328 international specifications and national standards.
• RF and Baseband Knowledge: Familiar with RF and baseband indicators and their meanings.
• Testing Principles: Familiar with testing methods, deep understanding of testing principles, and thorough comprehension.
