Arch Telecom, a national wireless retailer with 200+ stores across the U.S., seeks Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to lead teams and embody our Core Values. This learning role supports the Retail Store Manager, develops product knowledge, and drives a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert guidance.
• Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
