Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in the United States. Starting pay range with bonus is approximately $18.25 - $32.00 per hour. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive a successful business.

You will inspire and coach your team on the sales floor, analyze performance, and communicate with leadership to meet and exceed sales goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move 20lbs.
