Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Sonora, CA is seeking a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in creating a high-energy sales floor and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will mentor and motivate the sales team, coach daily performance, and help drive store results with enthusiasm and professionalism. The role requires management experience or equivalent, retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
