Mobile Generation LLC is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead our Midwest retail teams and drive exceptional customer experiences across locations. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining sales discipline, and upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Competitive base pay, commissions/bonuses, flexible scheduling, health plan, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and leading a team.
• Ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, goal-oriented environment for customers and staff.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs monthly.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure store operations align with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional roll-outs and inventory procedures accurately.
• Model professional conduct and lead by example.
