Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead our Staunton store. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, hit sales targets, and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory, conducting onboarding, and coordinating promotions. A proven retail or customer-service management background is required, with the ability to work full-time, weekends, and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T Experience Steps.
• Meet/exceed monthly sales goals and coach staff to close sales.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure training completion monthly and annually per AT&T compliance standards.
• Manage inventory, orders, receiving, and counts.
• Resolve customer complaints and build relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide ongoing coaching to sales associates and promote growth.
• Recruit new hires: resumes, phone screens, interviews, onboarding.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss promotions and trends.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T requirements.
• Develop relationships with coworkers and customers.
