RedLion Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume, in-person store in Tyler, TX. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, sales growth, team development, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while meeting sales targets and maintaining top customer satisfaction. Base pay is complemented by commission and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless knowledge preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and maintain high NPS.
