Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop Verizon Wireless sales teams across multiple locations. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing store operations and promotions.

The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, a high school diploma (preferred), travel to various locations, and a strong track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.
• Able to travel to assigned districts as needed.

As aYour Wireless, Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager, your role is Lead, Coach, and Inspire your team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing employees, has a track record of hitting sales and profit goals, and understands and can execute operational tasks at a retail center.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Your Wireless, you will be:

• Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.

• Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month
• Coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless.
• Ensure all promotional role outs, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by Your Wireless leadership is executed timely and correctly.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

At Your Wireless,

we require our Verizon Wireless Retail Store Managers have the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
