Your Wireless is hiring an experienced Retail Store Manager in Chalmette, LA to lead Verizon Wireless Sales teams. You will drive performance, coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure top customer experiences, while meeting monthly KPIs and adhering to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role (Verizon Wireless or similar)
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation: Up to $31.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives plus amazing employee benefits and perks. Full Time.

Your Wireless - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is set to grow in 2026! We are hiring experienced retail managers to lead our Retail Sales Teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

As a Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager, your role is to lead, coach, and inspire your team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing employees, has a track record of hitting sales and profit goals, and understands and can execute operational tasks at a retail center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles required.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to assigned district locations as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
