Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Retail Store and Operations Manager to lead and coach a sales team at our T-Mobile Premium Retail location.

You’ll drive customer service excellence, supervise daily store operations and execute staffing, training, and performance plans. Ideal candidates have 2+ years retail sales management, strong recruiting and team development experience, and the stamina to stand for long periods while meeting sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans.
• Market and advertise activities.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and training your sales team to provide the best customer service experience.
• Hold one-on-one coaching sessions and motivate staff to achieve business and individual goals.
• Support store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
