Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager in Lebanon, PA. You will partner with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and guide a sales team.

The role requires leadership experience, availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 20 lbs. This is a fast-growing retailer focused on service and results.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor.
• You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
