Job summary

Elite Wireless Corporation in Hialeah, FL is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive store performance. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting performance targets.

You will manage daily operations, control inventory, schedule staff, and partner with district leadership to execute initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of retail management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach associates to maximize customer interactions and provide wireless solutions.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans.
• Lead by example in selling products and services.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Engage with the community and local marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales performance, customer experience, team development, and daily operations.

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.

Manage Daily Store Operations

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
• Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.
