As Store Manager you will recruit, coach, and develop teammates, manage daily store operations, and build lasting customer relationships while meeting store goals. This role offers a competitive base salary, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years retail management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable using computers and retail technology.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach associates to improve customer interactions and sell wireless solutions.
• Monitor performance and create action plans.
• Lead by example by selling products and services with your team.
• Celebrate wins and coach continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales performance, customer experience, team development, and daily operations.

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.

Lead & Develop Your Team

Manage Daily Store Operations

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and protect company assets.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and wireless carrier standards.
• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
• Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.

Be Active in the Community

• Support local marketing initiatives and community events.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and organizations.
• Represent Elite Wireless and Cricket Wireless with professionalism in the community.
