Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail team in a dynamic store setting. You will coach staff, drive performance, and showcase the latest devices and services to customers while ensuring a superior shopping experience.

As a successful RSM, you’ll manage store operations, exceed sales goals, and build lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and hands-on demonstrations in-store.

Qualifications

• Wireless sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
