Job summary

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Michigan, is seeking a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a sales team, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead by example, mentor consultants, and strive to consistently hit sales targets while overseeing daily operations. Paid training and advancement opportunities accompany a competitive hourly wage with commission.

Qualifications

• Previous retail wireless sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
