Your Wireless Inc. is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Killen, TX. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, educating customers on Verizon offerings, and guiding them through the purchase process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably with Verizon Wireless or similar.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each guest.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Model professional conduct and develop skills for advancement.
