Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service
• Ability to travel to assigned district locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop professional skills for potential career advancement.
