Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions in-store. You will work with a motivated team to hit sales goals and earn commission while representing the AT&T brand.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) are offered along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
