Prime Communications, a leading AT&T retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will contribute to a high-energy, in-store experience and drive sales while growing with a company that promotes from within.

You’ll earn base pay plus commission, with a ramp-up bonus for new hires and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
