Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a driven Retail Sales Representative in New York, NY. You will engage customers, recommend wireless, internet, and TV services, and strive to meet and exceed sales and commission goals in a fast-paced store setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. You should be comfortable explaining pricing and promotions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom or retail.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
