RedLion Mobility in New York is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers in our in-store wireless, internet, and telecom offerings and help them choose the right packages. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales goals.

This position offers monthly commissions, paid training, and advancement opportunities, with a typical 40-hour workweek and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom, or retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and packages clearly to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and store performance.
• Support teamwork and be willing to work at nearby locations if needed.
