Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives in New York to help residential customers connect to telecom services. You will engage customers, present wireless, internet, and TV offerings, and upsell and cross-sell to hit sales and commission targets in a fast-paced retail store.

This in-person role requires reliability and the ability to stand for extended periods. Typical schedule is about 40 hours per week, with pay at $20/hour plus monthly commissions, totaling

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred in wireless, mobile, cable or retail.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
