Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in El Paso. You will join a store team to meet customer wireless needs and company goals. The role requires engaging customers, handling inquiries, and representing the brand with a focus on service and sales execution.

The position supports a full-time schedule with opportunities to participate in marketing efforts and grow within the company. Prior retail experience and a customer-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Promote the T-Mobile brand and engage in local marketing efforts.
• Assist with store operations including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and organize back room and work area.
